This is a permanent residency visa for offshore applicants. This visa allows you to remain in Australia indefinitely and allows travel to and from Australia for a period of 5 years. This visa is for applicants that have good English language skills and have qualifications or skills in need in the Australian labour market. This visa is assessed on a points system and does not require sponsorship of any kind. 120 points are required to obtain this visa and points are granted for; 1. Age 2. Occupation 3. Community Language You must be under the age of 45 years at the time of application and you must have skills or qualifications that meet Australian Standards for an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List. This visa requires you to first obtain a successful skills assessment in your nominated occupation from the SOL prior to making application for a visa.
