Proven Processes for Building Millions Online

By: Jonathon Hurst

Yes, the title is a little flashy, but it is still correct: there actually are people who make millions of dollars online. Of course, after you hear that somebody has made this amount of cash you are more than likely going to scoff and move on. This is most likely because, usually, those "here's how I made a jillion dollars" posts aren't anything more than a sales pitch. Most of the individuals in the IM discipline are convinced the best way to make money is to offer someone a way to make money. Sometimes, when you can make a good system this can work for you. For most, however, this type of method is only good for some additional dollars. The following are tips for people who want to gain true and real money on the internet.

The very first thing you need to do is choose a topic or subject that you actually love and use it. Nowhere does it say, beyond a doubt, that the only way for you to actually make income is to work inside the IM market and to sell IM products. When you're passionate about the environment, for instance, that should be what your site is about. If you work with a matter that you legitimately love, you'll be far more likely to stick with that and put honest effort into what you're doing because you honestly care about your work.

Work hard to make a popularity for yourself as an pro. The better your reputation, the more consumers are actually going to talk to you and track you down when they need advice. Remember, an authority name is required for more than just selling products. It will likely make it easier to get hired to create things, coach people and contribute in some other ways to your niche. Creating an expert level reputation for yourself will get people to notice you both off of the internet and on.

There is a lot more to your life than simply making products and selling them. Focus chiefly upon developing real relationships inside of your niche market. Take part inside the forums inside your niche. Contact folks inside your niche with words of compliments for the things that they have created or contributed. Leave thoughtful feedback on weblogs. Do not try to sell even a little bit when you do this. The intention here is to make actual friendships so that, later on, you can be the one people think of when they are asked for referrals in your niche.

If the website you create brings in consistent money through advertising, dont let yourself settle for a sale through Flippa. When you do have a site that is highly respected and that tends to make a good and regular income (but still, for whatever reason you want to sell it), it should be sold through an investment banker. An investment banker handling your website's sales will be a lot more trustworthy than Flippa, will act as a middle man (far more reliable than web based escrow) and will be able to find a buyer whose pockets are deep enough to make the sale worth while.

Above all else, dont forget to have funafter all, if you hate what you do, why are you're still doing it?
