VintaSoftBarcode.NET SDK v6.0 Released: WPF barcode SDK created!

VintaSoftBarcode.NET SDK is the professional .NET barcode reader and barcode generator component for software developer. It recognizes and writes 1D & 2D barcodes in digital images and PDF.

Two editions of Barcode .NET SDK available to be licensed: Standard edition or Standard + WPF edition.

SDK features:

  • Programming environments: .NET Framework 2.0 or higher, WPF 3.5 or higher

  • Reed-Solomon error correction algorithm fixes damaged PDF417, DataMatrix, QR Code or Aztec barcode during .NET barcode recognition

  • Provides advanced document cleanup functions to improve barcode recognition in .NET

  • Supports ISO/IEC 15415 barcode printing quality test for Data Matrix, Aztec and QR Code barcodes

  • Pure .NET WPF Barcode Reader SDK and .NET WPF Barcode Writer SDK created.

  • Improved Automatic recognition algorithm for barcode recognition in images with nonuniform brightness.
  • Added new image pre-processing function "Erode" for color and black-white images.

  • Added ability to read and write Structure Append Character in Aztec, DataMatrix and QR Code barcodes.

  • Memory usage optimized (up to two times for color images).

  • Barcode recognition speed increased (up to 50%).

  • Barcode generation speed increased.

  • Improved and modified Iteration mode algorithm in barcode reader.

  • Added ability to show progress and cancel recognition during Automatic recognition and Iteration modes.

  • Added ability to serialize and deserialize ReaderSettings in XML file.

  • Improved Pharmacode barcode recognition algorithm.

  • Improved DataMatrix barcode recognition algorithm.

  • Improved Code39 barcode recognition algorithm.

  • Fixed few bugs in barcode recognition and generation algorithms.
